Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guild Rally mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Guild Rally. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or impersonation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Guild Rally to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or abusive.
• Share content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you create (guild names, quest descriptions, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for content you post. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.

5. Guild Communities

Guilds are communities within Guild Rally. Guild Masters (admins) are responsible for managing their guilds in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any guild or content that violates these Terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Guild Rally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not responsible for any events, meetups, or activities organized through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which for a free app is $0).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where the developer resides.
